Fill out Label Request Form
We e-mail you pre-paid shipping label/s.
Packaging Your Items
Package all your items in a sturdy box. Include a copy of this slip that comes with you label as well as all
parts , cables, manuals, etc. that go with the items ( if you have them, thought it’s not a requirement).
To prevent damage during shipment, please use adequate packing materials.
Shipping
Once everything is securely packaged, attach a copy of the pre-paid label to the box and ship.
WHAT HAPPENS NEXT?
Inspection of Items
Once items are received, we confirm the condition of the devices. We will send an e-mail to inform you
that everything is acceptable or notify you of any issues that affect the adjusted value.
Removal of Personal and Corporate Information
All phones are wiped of all data and the phone is reset to original manufacturer’s specification. We all
ensure the phone is no longer active on a carrier network.
Value Back
Once your items are inspected and value is confirmed, you have the following options:
- We send you a check ( please allow at least 30 days from when your value is confirmed)
- We send a check to your carrier on your behalf
- We send a check on your behalf to a charitable organization
- We issue you a credit towards any Channel Systems Products
